Essential Oils can be added to any massage for an additional $15. Stretching Add-On After massage is a great time to stretch because the muscles are looser and warmed up. Any muscle group can be stretched. Just ask for stretching before your session begins. It can be the last 10 to 15 minutes of your session or 20 minutes of stretching can be added on after your massage for $20. Biofreeze Add-On For especially difficult trigger points or painful muscles, spot treatment with a Biofreeze roll-on will often do the trick. Biofreeze is applied to indicated areas with the roll-on applicator before, during, and after massage.
